All entries are scored by a panel of independent, expert judges that have been hand selected by Ajman Chamber

The entry form is 1500 words and should take no longer than a few hours to complete

Each Entry form is scored out of 100 (100 being the highest score)

Winners will be announced at the Ceremony on the 9th September 2020

Ajman Chamber have selected the below Business Leaders to be part of the prestigious Judging Panel. All Judges are independent and have no conflict of interest within the categories they are scoring

Ayman Alawadhi

Managing Director, The Corporate Group
Ayman is Group Managing Director of The Corporate Group overseeing subsidiaries responsible for delivering one-stop-shop platform offering professional services related to business setup solutions and enabling both FDIs and foreign companies to do business in UAE and the region.

Talat Sheerazi Goldie

Group HR Director, Bukhatir Group
Talat has over 30 years of Human Resource experience, and has worked in a leadership role in various industries from Telecom at Paktel to Oil and Gas at BP , Aviation at British Airways, Financial Institutions at ABN AMRO Bank and Pharmaceuticals for GlaxoSmithKline. In addition for the past ten years or more Talat has worked in primarily the Private Equity, Construction and manufacturing and Real Estate Development sectors in the UAE, in Corporate HR leadership roles.

Rima Ahmed

CFO and Regional Director of Shared Services, Manpower Group
A graduate of Harvard Business School, Rima is a business leader with 17+ years’ experience in multinational companies across Europe, the Caribbean, and the Middle East in the last 10 years. Being a people leader, Rima provides strong leadership, problem-solving, team building & project management skills, in her current role as Senior Leadership Team Member of ManpowerGroup Middle East. Rima is also the Regional CFO, Director of Corporate Services and Leader of Right Management, ManpowerGroup’s Career and Talent Management brand.

Graham Shapiro

Corporate Social Responsibility professional, Elodie has a strong passion for equality, diversity and inclusion seeking to play a role in promoting social, human and economic progress. Currently leading and developing the Pearl Initiative’s Diversity in Business programme, Elodie ensures that private sector embrace good governance as a pillar of sustainable growth. As a previous Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion programme manager, Elodie led and developed signature CSR and Diversity programmes for the bank.

Brad Boyson

Brad Boyson is the cofounder of Dubai-based HR Learn In, a mentor-to-mentee networking and development platform. Previously he spent 7 years as Executive Director for SHRM Dubai.
